Exhibitors may drive vehicles into the halls on Thursday, July 11th between the hours of 8am-3pm, if needed. Instructions and rules will be provided after registration.

*All booths must remain setup and functioning during event hours, unless strictly authorized to do otherwise by Ultimate Sports Bash staff.

Please note that the exhibitor floor is concrete flooring. You will be able to order carpet and other additions if you would like them (see “booth add-on options” section
After registration our exhibitor coordinator will reach out to you to help you select your booth or table location. This will be conducted in order of paid reservations.
Exhibitor passes for access to the event for those occupying the booth.

As an exhibitor you will have the option of scheduling a free consultation session with one of our experts. This consultation is an opportunity for you to borrow from our experience with events and generate ideas you can implement, custom to your business, so you can maximize your experience as an exhibitor at the Bash. .
Once registered, the business name you provided will be listed on our exhibitor online directory. Shortly after registration you will receive an email with a link to upload a picture or logo, description, and website link for your business (optional). Once you have been assigned a booth location, the area or zone you are located in and your booth number will also be listed on the directory.
The exhibitor online directory will be shared with attendees of the Ultimate Sports Bash, allowing them to easily find your booth. It wil also be added to the Bash website, driving the general public to your website before, during, and after the event.
All exhibitors will have the opportunity to make money from ticket sales to the Bash as an affiliate. Each registered exhibitor will be given a unique affiliate link that they can use to promote the Bash, and their attendance at it, to encourage consumers to buy tickets. Exhibitors who generate ticket sales through their affiliate link will receive payment of 10% of all sales made through their link within a month after the Bash. There is no limit to the number of tickets you are allowed to sell!
Electricity options will be provided through our third-party vender, JP Display, who will be managing all electricity orders and setup for Bash exhibitors. All booths and tables can have electrical power connections (must be pre-ordered). Within 10 days after registration, you will receive an email from JP Display with a link to the exhibitor Online Service Kit where you can order any electricity options you may need.
Prices start at $125 (discounted to $95 if ordered by June 28th) for connection Thursday-Saturday for one 5-amp/110-volt outlet (enough to power phones, tablets, computers, most household items). This is all most exhibitors will need.
You are welcome to bring a power strip if you need more connections.
There are options for more outlets or higher amperage for machinery, if needed. Each electricity package can be made custom to your specific booth or table needs.
Electricity orders must be placed in advance. Exhibitors who order by June 28th, 2024 will receive a discounted rate.
Premium wireless internet will be available for $60 per device/per day through the event venue. There is no need to pre-order it, though pre-ordering is an option as well. Instructions for ordering will be provided after registration.
*Premium internet is NOT compatible with smart TV, streaming devices, or other IoT devices that do not utilize a web browser. For these devices, you will need to order Smart Wi-Fi options instead, priced at $300.
Hardwired internet lines have a cost of $200 per connection/per day. Orders for hardwired internet need to be placed in advance of the event. Instructions for ordering will be provided after registration.
Within 10 days after registration, you will receive an email from our third-party vendor, JP Display, with a link to the exhibitor Online Service Kit that has a selection of many booth add-on options you can purchase or rent such as carpet, furnishings, accessories, material handling, cleaning, signs & graphics, display labor, forklift services, and overhead sign hanging.
Exhibitors who order by June 28th, 2024 will receive a discounted rate.
Within 10 days after registration, you will receive an email from our third-party vendor, JP Display, with a link to the exhibitor Online Service Kit where you can order any electricity or hardwired internet connections you may need. On this site you will also be able to find Bash event details for exhibitors, advance shipping information, booth add-on options that you can purchase, and other services.
All exhibitors are responsible for their own sales and methods of taking payment.
All exhibitors are legally responsible for filing and paying sales tax for all sales. It is recommended that you charge customers the appropriate sales tax on purchases to avoid having to cover that bill yourself.
Booth sharing between two or more businesses is allowed only with prior approval from the Ultimate Sports Bash. However, we cannot guarantee these additional businesses will be listed in our online directory, depending on system limitations.
Additionally, since only one table is provided per booth space, if additional tables or chairs are needed you will have to either bring them yourself or order additional tables through JP Display.
Shipping exhibition materials up to 30 days in advance of and at the close of the event is allowed. Instructions will be provided after registration. Shipping may be subject to material handling fees.
